Meanwhile, California’s governor signed a new law this week that will make contraceptive access for all a little easier, as registered nurses will be able to “to dispense drugs and devices upon an order by a certified nurse-midwife, a nurse practitioner, or a physician assistant while functioning within specified clinic settings”.
