- A new report from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) find that sexually active teen girls in the U.S. are choosing more effective contraception, and using it more consistently. The report also shows a increase in the number of girls who reported that they had never had vaginal intercourse: up to 56.7% in 2006-2010, from 48.9% in 1995.
